Steps to reproduce

• use an Eclipse Modeling Package (and not an Eclipse Commiter Package)
  (-> so maybe it is due to OCL like for bug 582167, but probably not)
• try to edit a Single or a Multi Reference value you will get the standard Sirus Dialog instead of the Papyrus one.
