[Sirius][Diagram] The PopupBar doesn't work in Papyrus in NestedSiriusDiagramViewEditor

Description

Steps to reproduce :
-create a Papyrus Sirius UML Composite diagram with Sirius editor (DDiagramEditor)
-create a Class in this diagram
-move the cursor hover the compartment
-you will get a PopupBar

Now, do the same steps in Papyrus-Sirius editor, you won't get the Popup bar.
