The Papyrus EEF Property view didn't work anymore since we create the plugin org.eclipse.papyrus.sirius.properties.uml.architecture

We introduced a new plugin org.eclipse.papyrus.sirius.properties.uml.architecture (and a new feature) with Bug 583317 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=583317) .

Since we create this new plugin, the EEF properties didn't work anymore in Papyrus.
