[PropertyView][EEF] Comment deletion when we unapply a Comment

When the user use the Comment Property View to Unapply a Comment, the Comment is destroyed. This behavior must fixed, the Comment must not be destroyed on this action.

The problem comes from the EEF definition, in the group element_comment_group#appliedComment field Remove Expression
