The URL for the Moka update site is not responding

I am trying to install Moka through the update site, however the link reported in the Read.Me at https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/papyrus/org.eclipse.papyrus-moka ends up in a site that is not responding (http://is148366.intra.cea.fr:8080/view/Moka/job/MokaV3/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/source/releng/org.eclipse.papyrus.moka.p2/target/repository/).
