How to install Papyrus and SysML?

Hi all, I had previously asked about the preferred method to install papyrus (#2 (closed)). I am trying again, using the method suggested in the closed post. This has resulted in Eclipse 2024-12 being installed. I have successfully installed the C++ version and then added the Python perspective. However, installing Papyrus 6.7 from the https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/papyrus/updates/releases/latest/ link does not give me a Papyrus perspective. How do I get a Papyrus perspective? Do I need a different version of Papyrus, or is there something else I am missing?
