EEF is not listed as a dependency and no Properties View is available in Diagrams

Dear Papyrus-team,

as I am trying to describe the install process now for the developers in my team, it became apparent to me that while the announcement video appears to depict Sirius and EEF as core dependencies, EEF is not listed in the dependencies at all when installing the core features.

This is my Eclipse base install version:

I chose to install Papyrus from the download page using the Latest Release Update Site

and installed for now just the core features. While there seems to be an extra topic Papyrus Dependencies, EEF is still not listed there:

During the install EEF is also not listed in the Install Details:

Later on I also seem to have no properties view in my diagrams. Which appears to confirm my suspicion:

I can install EEF separately, but when it is described as one of the core dependencies, I would expect it to be installed by default. Thank you for your hard work.
