On Papyrus 2025-06, model comparison (EMF Compare) - Papyrus support cannot be installed

I am using Papyrus 202506 and I got the following error when installing EMF Compare. This happened on Windows, Linux and Mac.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
