fix: make road marking orientation OSI-compliant

OSI requires road marking orientation such that the local z-axis points from the bottom to the top of the painted 2D symbol, i.e. in driving direction. Update the road marking orientation to apply the required axis transform, including gimbal-lock-safe handling.
