refactor: internal types namespaces

• Moved RoadLogicSuite/Internal/road.h to RoadLogicSuite/Internal/Types/road.h in order to follow the same convention as the other types
• Normalized all types in RoadLogicSuite/Internal/Types/ to be in the road_logic_suite::types namespace
