GravelEdge not coded for roadmarking types, Lane subtype for driving removed

RoadMarkType::CUSTOM is now mapped to mantle_api::LaneBoundary::Type::kGravelEdge instead of kOther. lane_subtype_str driving: mapping was removed because driving is an OpenDRIVE lane type, not a lane subtype.
