Connected MR with test cases: !132
Incorrect Orientation calculation for Roads and Lanes in function CoordinateConverter::GetRoadPositionHeading
In tested xodr map road definitely not parallel to any axis, while CoordinateConverter::GetRoadPositionHeading still return zero angle value.
