fix: GetXY missing tAxis sign check

GetXY was adding tAxis to the projection of the point in the centerline, regardless if the original point is supposed to be on the left or right of the centerline.

The fix is to check whether the point is on the left or right of the centerline and add or subtract tAxis, respectively.

The test disabled in !54 (merged) is also restored.
