Implement TrafficSwarmAction
Changes:
- added conversion methods for newly used types
- moved generated files to the storyboard
- added first methods to handle traffic swarm
Eclipse GitLab is currently experiencing a surge in traffic from automated processes and bots. We are investigating ways to block this traffic with minimal impact on legitimate users. Stronger measures, such as removing anonymous access, would likely be effective but would disrupt normal use. Thank you for your patience
