ConvertScenarioTrafficDefinitionTest fails

the controller name it not set anymore when converting traffic definitions from osc parser structures to mantle api. this is due to a bug in the copy constructor in IControllerConfig of the MantleAPI, which was fixed in v0.0.4 of the MantleAPI.
