Fix docs

As I go through the docs, I am noticing some mistakes, which I'll report here:

• https://eclipse.dev/openpass/content/html/user_guide/tutorials/10_scenario_simulation.html#scenario-based-simulation: par 4.3

  Copy all files from the directory specifying the specific scenario you want to simulate (in our case all files from directory examples/Configurations/AEB_CutIn) to the directory configs. Overwrite existing files when prompted.

  There is no AEB_CutIn folder but ADAS_AEB_CutIn. At least, based upon the binaries for Windows v. 1.1.0 (https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/openpass/releases/opSimulation/openPASS_SIM_v1.1.0.zip)
