Scenario catalog locations: folder required for vehiclecatalog, pedestriancatalog, trajectorycatalog

In the scenario file, under the catalogLocations, if the directory path of the vehicleCatalog is left blank, the vehicle catalog will not be found. The vehicleCatalog must be in a folder even if the user specifies the path to be the same as the rest of the catalogs. This also affects the pedestrian catalog and the trajectory catalog. If this forced structure is intended, can the documentation be updated accordingly?
