Calculating collision point using the Observation_Log output PositionRoute
Hey everybody, I am trying to simulate the rigth turning scenario defined in the EuroNCAP VRU-AEB test protocol using the TrajectoryFollower and a trajectory catalog. The collision point should be in the center at the fornt of the vehicle, but right now I have a offset, as you can see in the picture below.
To solve that I tried using the output value PositionRoute. Is it correct, that the point referencing PositionRoute is in the middle at the front of the vehicle in world coordinates (see the picture below)? Or is it the road coordinate, that the front of the vehicle is touching?
