chore: integrate map_sdk and osi_tp_interface repos into mantle_api repo

As developer for simulation, I want to have less open source repositories, so that the integration efforts are reduced. Moving OSI TP Interface and MapSDK into MantleAPI has been agreed in previous alignments within the working group. All interfaces are in the mantle_api namespace.
