Add jerk limits to entity Performance struct
OpenSCENARIO v1.2 introduced the maxAccelerationRate and maxDecelerationRate parameters in the Performance object. We want to add those parameters to the existing Performance struct.
Eclipse GitLab is currently experiencing a surge in traffic from automated processes and bots. We are investigating ways to block this traffic with minimal impact on legitimate users. Stronger measures, such as removing anonymous access, would likely be effective but would disrupt normal use. Thank you for your patience
