Remove temporary param use_road_logic_suite
use_road_logic_suite is no longer needed and current MR is removing the parameter
Eclipse GitLab is currently experiencing a surge in traffic from automated processes and bots. We are investigating ways to block this traffic with minimal impact on legitimate users.
