Fix COMPATIBLE_MACHINE in kernel recipes

Description

We have fixed a match issue in linux-oniro (4db59956) but this issue was inherited from upstream. This is to track fixing it there as well (eg. linux-yoxto).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
