Ci jobs for machines and flavours is outdated

Description

We have refactored the jobs in GCC/clang ones but the documentation was not updated. See machines-and-flavours.rst.

added teamdocumentation&UX label

changed milestone to %goofy beta

Due to this issue, !250 (merged) didn't include docs on the newly added CI jobs. Make sure they are covered when addressing this.
