Push ABI checker and CVE checker results into `oniro-release-data` repository
Dedicated ("Publish") job to push data collected by ABI and CVE checkers into separate repository for ABI breakage and new CVEs analyze.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
