login to the system echo "Test message" | systemd-cat journalctl -xe

What is the result you see?

No journal files were opened due to insufficient permissions

What is the result you expect?

Non sensitive logs are available. "Test message" is in journalctl output

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
