Include OpenHarmony in CI pipelines
Extend the CI pipeline definitions to test openharmony-standard recipe (build and possibly included ptest suites) for OpenHarmony supported boards (initially only qemuarm and rpi4).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
