Now that !250 (merged) is merged we can proceed with adding LAVA jobs for qemu-arm variants. Our qemu devices should be able to run them, it's just the context in the job definition needs to point to the proper qemu executable.

Probably worth checking out https://lkft.validation.linaro.org/scheduler/job/4596143 and https://lkft.validation.linaro.org/scheduler/job/4585659 as examples.

@chaseqi I'll update the title, so 32bit variant should be added as well.
