Prepare list of needed HW for the Warsaw lab and request it

We need more HW in the lab to connect more boards and run more test suites:

Check which test suites or tests themselves will be run in the lab (after a test plan from V&V confirmed)
Check capacity (time) needed for all tests and based on it estimated the numbers of more boards needed
Check which additional HW (i.e. for workers) is needed and put it into the purchase list (@artemkondratiuk)
Share the list with the procurement team in Poland

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
