Router and prefix discovery using router advertisements (RA)

Description

To cope with different network scenarios we should listen to router advertisements to configure prefix and router in IPv6 networks. This could be in a network without DHCPv6, but also in a mixed network where DHCPv6 and RA co-exists.

Check what NetworkManager offers out of the box in this regard
Enable settings in NM policy for our uses cases, if available
