Follow-up from "many: enable sysota for QEMU x86{,-64}" to address go import path

  This is indeed controversial and I personally would not ago with this but keep it in Eclipse where its development actually happens.

Let's change the go import path to eclipse so that there's less risk of accepting patches that don't meet Eclipse requirements in the future.
