DCO check handling merges/pulls from our public contributions

Due to a usually cumbersome corporate email setup, most of the development team uses a personal email account for submitting contributions to upstream while keeping the SoB (signed-off-by) as the corporate email. When these comments are pulled back into our forks via MRs which merge in (pull in) upstream, the DCO check we require will fail. This check strickly compares the author/committer with the SoB and while these defer, the check will fail.
