Remove kernel from boot partition on GRUB/EFI platforms

Description

The boot partition contains a kernel image that is put there by bitbake machinery. That kernel is not used for booting at all can can be safely removed.

Once !50 (merged) lands we should look at removing the kernel binary present in the boot partition, that is no longer used for booting on said platforms. I'm sure the task is easy (rm -f) but I'm not exactly sure where to put this logic.

@zyga my patch that enables removing the kernel image from the boot partition got merged and therefore now it can be safely removed by passing the parameter to skip installing the image
