SECO LEVY (SM-D18) : Enable and check functionality of Ethernet interfaces

Description
Gigabit Ethernet interfaces are realized on the module using two Texas Instruments DP83867CRRGZR Gigabit Ethernet transceivers, which are interfaced to NXP i.MX8MP processor through RGMII. Enable necessary drivers in defconfig file, check device tree configuration, perform functionality test using user space tools and utilities.
Carrier board with a 314-pin MXM connector is needed.
