Fix twister build and test with zephyr v3.1

Twister testing is broken with v3.1 as the expected twister.csv file is missing in build artifacts. https://lava.ostc-eu.org/scheduler/job/30626#L230

Looks like twister has switched from twister.csv to twister.json in v3.1. We need to look into the change to patch both build recipe and test definition.
