Proof of concept for twister testing in Oniro LAVA CI

We want to ensure that we can build a single test and package it in such a way that it can be consumed by twister in LAVA.

Separate issues will be opened to include:

• kernel zephyr tests
• other zephyr tests from upstream that can be built with yocto toolchain
