Abstract EDDIE network code to run on Zephyr next to Linux

Description

Based on the Linux implementation we need to abstract OS specific parts to allow running the common code on Zephyr next to Linux.

• Abstract code base to allow re-using parts in the Zephyr application
• Write Zephyr application to handle the discovery
• Test discovery between Linux-Linux and Linux-Zephyr
• Test RD from Linux and Zephyr implementations
