The Oniro documentation needs to cover how to use OpenThread in Oniro.

• Discussion on use-cases to be covered between engineering and documentation teams
• Study and reproduce given use-cases and examples from engineering team
• Document how to use OpenThread in Oniro (e.g. enabling/building, running on target, blueprints)
• Engage with engineering team during review of the documentation to verify
• Merge in documentation repo

Moving this to beta as it will be connected to Matter documentation. For now all OpenThread changes we did have no user impact on top of what is already documented.
