add workaround for e2fsprogs

e2fsprogs contains a lot of image.gz files in the test folder. They contain only dummy files, but Fossology wants to unpack all of them, so the total number of unpacked files in the upload is above 300K, and Fossology hardly manages to handle them.

So we should add a workaround to remove such files before uploading e2fsprogs to Fossology
