[Docs] Revamp of BP section in Oniro RTD

Main goal

We need to have the Blueprint section of the Oniro Red The Docs instance revamped (adjusted to the new structure)

In scope

• Remove the Smart Panel BP (it is obsolete BP and we do not support the boards there)
  • Remove the content (the section)
  • To be sure that it is not in ToC
• Remove the KeyPad BP (the BP will not be supported soon, there are still some issues with building, will be replaced with CATS)
  • Remove the content (the section)
  • To be sure that it is not in ToC
• Adjust the Workspace section
  • To be sure that all dependencies are linked to the new BP group or the oniro-core group
  • Building with new dependencies is without any issues/bugs
• Adjust other 3 BPs: Doorlock, Transparent Gateway, Vending Machine
  • To be sure that all dependencies are linked to the new BP group or the oniro-core group
  • Building with new dependencies is without any issues/bugs

Prerequisites

Before it go under RTD, it needs to be revamped/tweaked in the docs project of the new BP group

Proposed procedure

1. Go to the docs project in the new group of GL and browse all available files
2. Create MR with changes you would like to implement for a specific section
3. Open MR and add revievers (add also me, I will add more if needed)
4. Once all treads resolved and MR merged, try to follow Nawab hints from the video to have docs finally landed under RTD
