update readme, add glib-2.0 dependency and skip tests, bump meta-oniro-blueprints-core

• the repository moved to EF gitlab so replacing the url accordingly.
• add --recursive flag to git clone command
• virtualization code require glib-2.0 for D-Bus GLib bindings.
• skipping tests in yocto build because we only run them in CI
• bump meta-oniro-blueprints-core to latest master
