Doc generator instance tree diagram plantuml compatibility

Plantuml can be used as an alternative to graphviz/dot for converting the etrice instance tree diagram to an image file, but it requires that the diagram is demarcated by @startdot and @enddot tags. It looks like these tags can be placed in graphviz single line comments, to preserve compatibility and allow either plantuml or graphviz to process the .dot file.
