#1146 PLCgen: Use real literal values in the PLC that are generated by Java real value text conversion.

Notes:

  • I fixed all "new PlcRealLiteral" occurrences, except for a few already correct ones in unit tests.
  • We should retest the following, before the %v8.0 release
    • arrays for TwinCAT
    • expr_literal_non_container for TwinCat and S7
    • expr_stdlib for TwinCAT and S7
    • tuples for TwinCAT and S7
