CIF benchmarks: improve/add descriptions

Some CIF benchmarks have descriptions, others don't. We should add them. Furthermore, some of them can be improved. We're writing a paper in which we describe them, based on the texts currently present in the benchmark models. I propose to backport the texts from the paper to the CIF benchmark models themselves.
