Remove incubation phase indications from Git repo

Now that we have graduated (see #614 (closed)), we should remove all indications of incubation phase, in plugin manifests, documentation, website, etc, etc.

• Here, we remove incubation indications from our repo. (!648 (merged))
• Regarding the Eclipse ESCET project page, see #657 (closed).
