Improve CIF data-based synthesis benchmarking overview HTML

• For larger tables, it is non-trivial to see what is going on, and which configuration is best for which model. A bit more colors than only green for 'best' is desired.
• Sometimes absolute metric values are useful, sometimes relative ones are more useful. Support both.
