CIF simulator state visualizer very slow on macOS

This is a direct follow-up of #477 (closed), where the performance reduction between Eclipse ESCET v0.6 and v0.8-RC1 was addressed for Windows. This does resolve the issue for macOS.

From #477 (comment 1058115):

I updated the results for the new v0.8 release and added a measurement for a simulation on the internal 16inch screen of my MacBook Pro 16inch. The 5k screen does not appear to be the bottleneck.
