Release Eclipse ESCET also for macOS aarch64

From #477 (comment 1058119):

I noticed that Eclipse for the Mac is now also available for the M1 chip (aarch64.dmg version instead of the x86_64 version). Can our Eclipse ESCET release for Mac also be made available in two versions (x84_64 and aarch64.dmg)?
