true if the first file is newer than all of the reference files, if the first file has the same last change date as some the reference files and sameAsNewer is enabled and is newer than all of the other reference files, or if the first file has the same last change date as all the reference files and sameAsNewer is enabled.

'as some the reference files' should be 'as some of the reference files'.
