Link from AsciiDoc-generated documentation to website

If you go from the website to the AsciiDoc-generated documentation, you can't get back by any link.

Options to consider:

• Change the current TOC 'Home' link to 'Documentation home'. Add 'Website home'.
• Some sort of special link above the TOC that links to the website home page.
• ...?
