Have horizontal scroll bar in GUI simulation directly from the start

When you simulate a model with the GUI input mode, the new tab GUI input is generated with all events to perform in the model. When a model contains a lot of events, you need to scroll horizontally to access all events.

When the simulation is started, a scroll bar is not present immediately. I first need to resize the tab (any change is sufficient) such that the horizontal scroll bar appears or that I can use the horizonal scroll functionality from my mouse / touchepad. Ideally, a user should be able to scroll through all events without first resizing this window.

I have observed this behavior with MacOS. I haven't checked it on Windows or Linux.
